The Crane Building definitely makes my informal, unofficial list of "Most Interesting Abandoned Buildings in Des Moines". A local architect owns the building, and rumor has it that plans are in the works for rehabilitating this 5-story brick warehouse. I'd love to be able to photograph the abandoned interior before it gets a facelift.
